RDL Worldwide worked with Sony Pictures, direct with film producers and cast, and the brands to identify or create meaningful placement moments within the Inferno film script.
The Inferno Production “Imagine” and the distribution company “Sony Pictures” needed support to find partners that would help the film through sponsoring, products forniture, and promotional activities. Also It has been required the RDL support to organize the world premiere on Saturday October 8th 2016 – Opera Theatre, Florence, Italy
RDL Worldwide coordinate with brands to secure and deliver product during the filming process. The RDL team worked on set to ensure placement and obtain additional content for brands promotional use and internal reference.
Upon shooting completion, RDL worked with Sony to provide the brands creative agencies with content and film assets. Together with the studios and brands RDL created a partnership with the film that include Web Promotion, Social Media, In Store POS Materials, WW Premiere Sponsorship and Activation
The product placement and the promotion campaign has given rise to a world global impact project, getting excellent results. RDL together with the Costume Designer created a successful integration within the film:
- Damiani Jewelry integration within the film in association with Sidse Babett Knudsen character. Talents gifted with jewelry.
- Ferragamo created tailored outfits for Tom Hanks and Felicity Jones. Talents gifted with outfits and accessories.
- Peuterey integration within the film in association with Felicity Jones character. Peuterey had the opportunity to create a lounge area at the Opera Theatre in Florence during the WW Premiere where they had all their guests, with a massive press coverage. Talents gifted with jackets.
